When renting a vacation home, will I receive the same services that I’d experience from a hotel, like room service, spa treatments, etc.?

For our clientele concierge services are often included and may include services such as, in-home massages, spa treatments, a personal chef to cook, pre-arrival grocery delivery services, child care, and more. Is a daily housekeeping service available?
At Go Tropical we ensure that your vacation home is cleaned and prepared to the highest standard by professionally trained housekeepers. Some property’s have full or limited offerings regarding housekeeping but rest assured that a housekeeper can be made available to you whenever you need one at an additional cost.
How many people can stay in one vacation home?
This really depends on the size of the home you are renting and the number of bedrooms available. A 3 bedroom villa or condo would normally sleep 6 at double occupancy or 6 bedrooms may sleep 11 or 12 but it is really important to check with your rental agency and comply with the booking restrictions to avoid accommodation issues on arrival.
Is there a designated check-in and check out time?
At Go Tropical we can offer convenient, pickup or dropoff of guests’ ,pick up or collection of keys, Pre: arrival information about the area, additional pictures and more!
And yes, consistent with most hotels and resorts, vacation rental companies do designate a specific check-in and check-out time. Early or late arrivals and departures may also be requested if available.
How do i make a secure vacation booking?
We provide all of our prospective guests with a standard vacation rental contract that provides information pertaining to wire transfer details.We ask Renters to read and sign the property agreement and then make the first 20% booking at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. At this point your booking is confirmed and will be followed up by a confirmation email from Go Tropical. For last minute deals 100% of the rental price is charged. Renters are given receipts for all transactions made.
